New construction means we start with a clean deck and build the roofing system properly from the first layer. Inland Roofing & Maintenance has installed new roofs on hundreds of new builds across Inland, from custom homes to spec builds, from room additions to detached structures.
Our New Roof Installation Process
Plan Review & Consultation
Meet with our Inland project coordinator to select materials, review color options, and confirm the installation scope. We work with your GC or architect to ensure the roof spec meets the overall building design.
Preparation
Materials delivered and staged on-site the day before installation. Shingle pallets, underlayment rolls, flashing stock, ridge vent, and fasteners, everything confirmed against the project spec sheet.
Professional Installation
Installation follows IRC building code and manufacturer requirements. Proper overlap, correct fastener patterns, sealed penetrations, and balanced ventilation. Our crews are factory-trained and know the installation manuals by heart.
Warranty Registration
Final quality check against manufacturer installation requirements. Building inspection coordinated through our Inland office. Warranty registered directly with GAF, Owens Corning, or CertainTeed.
What Inland Customers Say
"From the first phone call to the final walkthrough, everything was seamless. The team was courteous and efficient. Already recommended them to two friends."
"Our neighbors recommended them and now we understand why. Meticulous attention to detail and they treated our home like it was their own."
"We called expecting to wait days, but they were here the same afternoon. Fair pricing, quality work, and they kept us informed every step of the way."
Why Choose Inland Roofing & Maintenance for New Roof Installation?
Ventilation Design
We calculate intake and exhaust per IRC R806 for every new install. Balanced ventilation extends roof life and cuts energy costs. Most contractors skip this step.
Material Selection Guidance
Shingles, metal, flat systems. We install all of them and help you choose based on your budget, design, and the demands of NE climate.
Builder Coordination
We work directly with your GC on scheduling, staging, and inspections. On-time delivery and clean work that doesn't slow down the rest of the build.
New Construction Specialists
We install new roofs on new builds every week. Our Inland crews know the pace, the coordination, and the quality standards that new construction demands.
